Our 24-Hour Telephone Teller system allows you to access your First American account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 608-365-5000 or 800-508-3228 and follow the instructions. You can check account balances, get account histories, balance your checkbook, transfer money between accounts, make loan payments, request statement copies, and so much more. Top of page
Wire Transfers
We can help you wire money to your family members, other businesses or friends within and outside of the country. All you need are the instructions for a wire transfer from the recipients banking institution. Once you've obtain your information, call us at 608-364-3700 or 800-776-7159 to process your transfer. At this time we do not offer wire transfers over the web. You need to contact the credit union to process all wire transfers.
The following fees apply to all wire transfers:
• Incoming transfers to your account $10
• Outgoing transfers within the U.S. $20
• Foreign transfers $65

Online Insurance Verification
As part of your loan agreement with First American Credit Union, you are required to maintain physical damage insurance for the full term of your loan. You may have received a letter requesting a current copy of your insurance. If you have not already responded or asked your agent to respond to us, you can submit your insurance information securely online.
